Elina Koytcheva is a classically trained violinist with a wealth of experience and passion for all styles of music. Hailing from Sofia, Bulgaria, she traveled the world with her instrument and settled in Cape Town in 2005.

Elina’s elegant touch brings the violin to life for a truly unforgettable performance. Whether it’s a wedding ceremony, background music during the reception or a lively evening set, you’ll find Elina to be highly versatile and accommodating with your specific requirements.

Elina’s versatility means no engagement is too big or too small. She can provide the perfect ambience for your special occasion, cocktail party or corporate function, as well as presenting a wow-factor solo performance on electric violin if that is your preference. She is an expert in tailoring the music to the client’s needs and can accommodate almost any musical request received in advance of the event.

As well as offering solo violin sets, Elina can team up with a pianist or cellist to offer a musical duo perfect for larger audiences where more dynamic energy is required.
